Hello,
I finally convinced my brother to try the game and buy it during the sale period and we were doing some random dungeons yesterday to level him up, when he was a guy in our party having a particular effect that he thought it was cool and asked me what it is after the dungeon. Naturally I got no idea lmao.
It was a blue flaming ball above the head of the guy that was constantly there. Anyone got any idea what it is? Memento, skin, polymorph or some set? Help would be appreciated.

✭✭✭✭Yes, it is Sea Serpent’s Coil mythic when it procs if it looks like the image above. I have it on one of my toons.
It is not on continuously, though.
