Mementos used to displace other players thus interruption their actions like fishing and recalling

This is not per se a bug or an error but an exploit nonetheless. A memento that conjures something can be used. Commonly encountered at event quest gives where the harasser interrupts the player's teleports.

I made a similar comment about mud ball throwers (with a mixed response from other forum members). Personally, I'd replace the word 'exploit' by 'harassment'.

If the player is blocked by repeated use of the memento by the same person, I would report them. That is harassment.

If in an area where the memento is being used a lot, I would move somewhere else. In crowds, there is more chance that someone will become a target, and crowds also make it harder to not accidentally make the same person a target more than once.

I don't quite understand why the mementos need collision in the first place. They're just supposed to be projections or illusions, right? Just remove the collision from them.

I think the mementos are fine in terms of generally hitting people. That’s the point of them. They should not pull people out of emotes, recall, or fishing though.

That is exactly what the person did. As soon as he noticed people recalling/teleporting in front of Brenda he came with a collision memento interrupting them. Once could have been an accident, twice a bad luck, three times maybe funny but nine times a row is just dicking around.
And yes, ofc he got reported.
