Having the ball should just prevent you from going over the base 100% speed. Not necessarily a snare. But 100% agree they need to prevent ppl from just running around.

No. I made my builds specifically for this!

It's not hard to charge stun kill me in 3 seconds the moment you spot me taking the ball.

Every BG players could use a gap closer, which most players including pros simply don't slot any.

But anyways it’s better to stack with your team and brawl with the ball to win rather than running.

Have you tried to steal the ball or relic right under enemies' nose? And escaping in full speed while your team covers your retreat? It's glorious!

Exactly. You are proving my point and no you don’t need a gap closer for this. Running makes teams spread out and good players will single you out. Playing a speed build like that works because most pvpers are absolutely alienated by chaosball and dominations and just deathmatch leaving you free to run around the map.they also just pick it up to make the game last longer… getting more kills… Reality is, if good Pre-mades would actually play the objective no one would be running like that. They stack and use choke points to keep the ball rotating between teammates. By running you would achieve nothing. Maybe make a 100 points then die and give up the ball to another team. Same for relics. It’s better to escort and fight your way. Then send players on offense. It’s rare that we have real games like this but it does happen.

I suspect bg populations have diminished so much since U35 & ensuing problems (remember the block bug?) that they are no longer considered a viable investment.

    We’ll see…

i love it when no one on my team will grab the chaosball

About one in 10 chaosball matches i'll pickup the ball by mistake ...

... I usually jump of a cliff right away to get rid of it sooner :D

    (edit : I agree with : deathmatch > chaosball > crazy king > domination > relic)

No, because my team is often far too slow and they don't have stage 4 vampirism to stay in stealth.

One of my greatest victories was to steal 5 relics unnoticed. Going there in stealth and then fast running back home with shield and HoT, and use charge stun to hop from one enemy to another.

Cooperation is always terrible and it's never guaranteed your team can beat the two other teams. Sometimes they do but fight all the wrong ones, because they can't disengage fast or go through engaging enemies without being seen.

Chaosball > Crazy King > Deathmatch > Domination

If you are thinking, "But wait, you for forgot Capture the Relic," my response is: "No, I did not."

So guess what game type I get the most often?

I enjoy crazy king, I like that it keeps everyone moving around the map.
It's Deathmatch > Crazy King > Domination > Capture the Relic > Chaos Ball for me.

I like Crazy King the best.
Players can't win unless you use your head.
Even if player is a beginner, if a wise, can contribute to victory.
