Error 210 - PatchManifestError_DownloadFail

Hello:

Today I'm having this problem and nothing in the troubleshooting guide fixes it.

I hit Repair and after a few second it goes right back to second error message.

Please help! :'(

    If repair fails, you may need to uninstall and reinstall.

    Did you restart the launcher?
    This happens to me every time I leave the launcher open overnight when there is maintenance or other cause for servers to be down. And I must wait for servers to be back up before I can use it.
