Patch v9.2.8 UI bugs and missing Icons

Once players finds themselves in either the crown store, the endevour store or the daily login window, hovering over any icon in the top bar of the window and the top bar of the screen will now display an empty name box.
The icons for the "Dreadhorn" style bow and the "Horned Dragon" style club are still missing since U40 and now display a red questionmark instead.
