Ghosting effect

I have just starting noticing a ghosting effect when I move side to side or moving camera around my toon.

Does this issue occur with just ESO or other games as well? I would recommend checking your monitor settings for any postprocessing effects that could be causing this. Additionally, if you haven't already, making a ticket with our support team can allow them to take a closer look at the issue. You can do so here.

I’m on PC and ESO has always dimmed and brightened every few seconds. I’ve tried 3 completely different monitors. Mostly noticeable when I have a big UI up, like the map or crown store, due to the dark backgrounds behind the top bar icons, or am in a dark area.
I’ve tried different ReShade settings, getting rid of ReShade and addons, tried different settings in the Nvidia control panel, I’ve tried Googling the issue… i can’t recall if I also had this issue on my old PC. I gave up after a while and just try to ignore it now.

Anyway… didn’t mean to detract attention from the OP, but it reminded me of my game’s issues. 😅

It’s just this game. Also I am on a newer Sony TV and on PS5.

It could be an issue with TAA. I did submit a bug report 231212-001995. I have a vid too.
