Map/Achievement Tracking

Is there a way to see if your current character has completed achievements/map locations that have been previously completed by other characters on the account? If not, could we get something like the color of world bosses/delves/achieves/etc to be different than the current white for previously done stuff? Most probably wouldnt care, but it would make knowing which delves and such havent been completed by an alt when hunting for shards/etc. I know I can mouse over shards and look at the hints, but this would be a quicker visualization method.

If you play on PC, you can use addons to track skyshards, quests and the like. Many of them have options to track by individual character.

If you do not play on PC, unless ZOS decides to implement something, you're out of luck.

skyshards are already tracked per character, and even shown on the map by default if your close to them (even on console)

quests are also tracked per character, but not tied to delve completion (they are tied to public dungeon completion though)

There was a time long long ago when these things were tracked per character and it was so much easier to know what your characters did. Some of us even used it creatively to tell stories with our characters so we knew which characters were good or evil or had personality traits based on this tracking. Content was repeatable for each character, and goals were many and never completed only once. Many simply wanted an extra tab letting us know the accumulation of our entire account for certain achievements, but fate would have it only one way or another, not both. Alas that time is now the golden age of the distant past.
