The Speakers Archive Quest Still not fixed.

PC/Mac Patch Notes v9.2.7 state the quest is fixed it is not. I talk to the statue and and am told to be his Eyes and Ears in Craglorn. and Then stuck in loop to talk to statue again with the same conversation. over and over and over.
