Yes, you can replace the weapon on Knightly Bow

Since I know that people will ask (and it was one of the first questions I had).
It's the same trick as replacing the weapon for the Sword Dance that we had before. Maybe a bit more finicky since Sword Dance loops and Knightly Bow is a one-time emote, but if you trigger emote > hide helm > tap block, you can replace the weapon.
