Cyrodiil Rez Bug?

Hey there, I'd encountered two enemy players in PC/NA Cyrodiil / Grayhost - when they would die, they would immediately get back up without the visual effect of a necro rez (removing the idea of a necro popping them up over and over again) or seeing other players rezzing them. We'd checked nearby walls to see if someone was rezzing through the walls to no avail. There was a blue rez animation around their bodies before they would pop back up, but no visible "beam" between corpse and whoever was rezzing.

I wonder if there was a player in the ground/floor either stuck or by exploit that was rezzing those two people on repeat or if these two individuals were tampering.

A guildie had messaged them and [they] claim they had an immediate rez available upon dying and of course would take it, but otherwise stated they don't cheat / never have cheated.

I know funky stuff happens sometimes in game and in the heat of battle it is hard to see where a possible rez may be coming from amidst all the different animations and such. I have an unlisted video to share of what it looked like, but want to send it directly if possible. Thanks!

This is a bug that existed a few years ago. Once people figured it out ZOS did a good job of fixing it. But twice in the last few days I've popped up after pressing E and I don't think there was a necro rez on me, and it made me wonder if this bug is back. I do run in a group when this is happening, so maybe someone is getting off a rez with no rez animation too. But I also don't remember seeing the prompt to press E like you get after being rezzed either, which makes me suspicious.
