Permanent Guild House

What I would like to see is a Permanent Guild House. All Guilds would have access just like everyone can buy the same house.
There would have to be a Member Restriction, like 200 Members. It should also be centralized like Craglorn which is Non-Alliance & everyone has it.
The "Permanant" part would be all the furnishings inside.
The Crafty Crafthall turned 6 this past July. I've been playing since the 2nd Beta. Altho I have no intentions at this time, if I quit ESO, my Guild Dies. Granted they could keep me in the Roster & Travel to me to use the Facilities, but the Facilities can't be upgraded, & new Craft Tables & such could not be placed.
Basically, the Guild Dies.
But what if everything inside the Guild Hall belonged to the Guild? All items donated become permanent parts. The GM can give permissions for accepting, placing, & moving items around. And if, for whatever reason, the GM no longer plays, the Guild at least can continue.
It would have to be large enuf, preferably with a Containing Wall that could hold, at minimum, the 13 Mundus stones, the 4 GrandMaster Craft Tables, the Basic Tables, & the Transmute Station.
Also a Guild Banker.
I know this sounds like a lot, & it probably is, but I love my Guild & I'm sure lots of other Guild Masters out there would like to see their Guild "Live On".
