please help with companion problem!

on one character the companion constantly disappear when changing zones, but on others everything is fine. What could be the reason? I checked the game settings, looked something in addons, but I can’t understand why this is happening. Please help!

Obvious answer: Turn off all Addons on that character and play it for a day to see if its still happening.

I agree with the other comment. You’re going to have to try things without any addons enabled. Also, there are addons that will automatically re-summon a companion if they get de-summoned. That could potentially be a workaround. But, I’d recommend finding the culprit first.

I disabled all addons and libs, restarted the game, but the companion still disappears when entering a new zone

Try removing all her gear and skills and seeing if it still happens. If it no longer does, reapply each one by one until you find the culprit. Tedious, but if it's being caused by a specific item or skill, this way you can determine it.

i remove all gear and skills, disable her outfit, disable auto ultimate,but still not work. In addition, this problem seems to affect the banker's and merchant's assistants too. if I remember correctly they were with me if I changed the location, but now they also disappear, but without a message about the failure summon. This all started after update 40 (with archive)

At this point all I can suggest is creating a support ticket and describing in detail the problem and all the steps you took to attempt to resolve it. You can put the ticket number here and tag Bill or Kevin so that it gets looked at.

Summon Her. Force kill her by attacking a world boss. When she pops back up, unsummon her. DO NOT bring out any assistant or another companion. Logout, Login, Summon Her, go inside a small home that forces companions to despawn, come out and Summon Her. Now try moving around to other zones.
