Endless archive crashed score lost!

Today in the solo run i am currently doing
I lost a life because a monster was stuck in the floor. I couldn't progress. I was stuck in combat. I couldn't get me unstuck. I couldn't kill the monster with aoe from anywhere. The only thing I could do is close app and log back in fast. I lost a life because of that

I continued and got to arc 6 with a 182k score for nb solo 1 life remaining. Just finished 3 trash waves and went to take my verse. I couldn't cast any skills then crashed.

I couldn't log back in for several minutes. When I did log back in. I lost my progress. The score at that point didn't register either.

I'm so angry -_-

This has happened to us also at least once: the game crashes badly when in EA, when we finally get back, we are out of EA and the run is lost. Seriously frustrating.

wait, leaving >5min with any threads doesn't autocomplete the run and put you on the boards for what you did??

Nope, you have to cut them or lose them all.

Edit: I kind of like it because when I do my Act 1 just for loot runs, it doesn't spam the friends list with low score numbers.

hmm i've left in later arcs with threads left simply because i didn't have time to keep playing. i never realized that i wasn't getting on the board or getting credit for what i had finished.

do i have to actually die in the instance and lose all threads, or does clicking that thingie near the quest giver force it? or what about force-resetting the instance with the hourglass - same?

I've never checked with the force reset, but dying on your last thread and clicking the thread cutter do record. Basically if the splash screen of "Final Score" pops up, you're good.

Edit: Just tested the hourglass reset, no record/splash screen, so that doesn't count.

thank you, i appreciate the clarity.

also, imo, terrible design. if the instance is cut off from the player continuing it, game should automatically treat it as it all threads were lost and process accordingly.

100% a bug

- Also losing buffs, passives and set bonuses

- Losing lives without dying

- Crashing and not being able to log back in

- Monsters getting stuck under ground

- I've also gone through an unknown portal it's glitched and sent me to the an empty boss room. I've had to relog to get sent back to the start and go through the portal again.

- buffs not working. Permantly ones showing 0% even when I've collected 1 or more of them.
others not proc'ing after several stages and bosses. Relogged twice, traveled out and back in. Still not working.

When is the next patch maintenance ps5/Eu? And will it include these fixes

I have just tested and saved clips.
Not only does the watcher unknown portal transformation removes your set bonuses but it also removes your permanent visions.

You can fix the set bonuses by Relogging.
But it does not fix removing permanent vision values.

This is ridiculous and game breaking....

@ZOS_GinaBruno are you guys aware of these bugs and is there and fix coming and when please
