Difference between Wrathful Strikes & Untamed Aggression

What is the difference between Untamed Aggression & Wrathful Strikes? Which one is better for PvP play?

✭Wrathful gives slightly more, but affects only damage. Untamed gives slightly less, but affects healing too. Pick either, full buff yourself and compare tooltips or damage on a dummy or something then decide. Of course both are irrelevant in BGs since CP doesn't work there.1 -
