Ok, I get it . servers get busy.
Today, I got kicked 3x. Each time, I got booted from Server. Each time I was queue 30+. I spent 2 hours waiting (doing PVE) then getting about 19 minutes of PvP play.
No, is not my system. it is Saturday Night.
ZOS, what if I provided addition info - like MAC address, browser finger print, etc? Would you recognize I got kicked and place me back in as opposed to queuing again?
Wait, I also have a Steam Deck.

Anyhow - figure this out please!

Thanks,

Z

And I am kicked yet again. My ISP is giving great pings and speed.

    Very frustrating.

I would recommend trying these connection troubleshooting steps to see if they can help resolve the issue. Please let us know how it goes!

@ZOS_Phoenix I'd very surprised if it was my connection as it how it was up, my ping and speed were solid.

I suspect it has something to do with ESO server load and my ping to them.
I'd be happy to send logs if that would help.
Suggestions on what to send? I can submit a ticket if that helps!

    Thanks!

In that case I would recommend putting in a ticket, yes. If you could attach a Game Consultant file and MSInfo that should help our team look into this in more depth.

    Thanks I will.

Again, in Cyrodill. First 20 minutes fine - very little going on a few skirmishes.

Get into a huge gong show at Bleaks - fine for about 10 minutes. It is very busy.

    Dumping oil on someone's head:

    3x.

I quit the game and restarted 3x.
    36ms ping, 41mb/s download 6mb/s upload

    Each time.

BUT I will do the game consultant and MS info to help out.

Psst. I think it is related to big PVP fights......

Thanks for your never ending patience!!!

I keep getting booted from server following disconnects. Nothing has changed at my end. My internet connection is fine.

What's your page file settings? I know I was crashing at one point and had it set to something. Let Windows manage it and it's been fine since.

But right now; it does crash you out of Cyrodiil and back into a queue where you used to at least have a chance to get right back in and still be in Cyrodiil.

To best access The Elder Scrolls Online, configure your router to open the following outbound ports:

    TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
    TCP / UDP Ports 24300 through 24331
    TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507
    TCP Port 80
    TCP Port

We recommend that you perform the following steps:

Make sure your ESO Launcher or Application has downloaded and installed all available updates.
Power Cycle Your Home Network and PC/Console
Turn off the router by unplugging it. If you have a modem and router in one device, turn it off and proceed to step 3.
Turn off the DSL or cable modem for three minutes.
Note: Some modems are equipped with a backup battery. If your modem has one, please remove the backup battery to completely turn off your modem.
Turn off all computers attached to your network.
Turn on the DSL or cable modem first and let it boot. Let it complete its connection to your ISP before proceeding to the next step. If you have a modem and router in one device, proceed to step 6 after it connects to your ISP.
Once the modem completes the connection to your ISP, plug in the router. Let it complete its power on test before proceeding to the next step
Restart your computer or console. Make sure to fully power off your device, do not use quick restart or sleep mode.
Open Outbound Ports in your Router Settings
To best access The Elder Scrolls Online, configure your router to open the following outbound ports:
    TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
    TCP / UDP Ports 24300 through 24331
    TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507
    TCP Port 80
    TCP Port 433
While accessing your router, make sure to update the firmware as this may resolve connection issues. For more information on how to do this, see your router's instruction manual or manufacturer's website.
Disconnect from VPN services if you are using them.
Disable all Add-ons and check to see if you are still experiencing issues. If this resolves the problem, enable them 1-by-1 to determine which Add-ons are causing issues.
Add ESO as an exception to your antivirus software
Each antivirus program is different, and we recommend you view your antivirus developer's website for full instructions on how to add exceptions.

Looked at Windows Defenders - no notifications...but will do that

    Booted again.

    Did all the stuff...

Is there any way to share with ZOS my session data?
Wondering if that would help them isolate issues?

    Thanks for your patience again!

Please avoid spamming the same thread with multiple posts in quick succession. If the connection troubleshooting hasn't helped, you can go ahead and start a ticket with support.
