Long time Missing Lorebook bugged

I am missing a lorebook for the Eidetic memory called "Journal of Justiciar Avanaire". It has no post-quest overland location. There was a fix for this lorebook a year or so ago which placed it in the overland, however, only characters seeing this book for the first time after this fix was implemented were able to go back and reread it.

I completed this quest on a character created at launch, and this particular quest I completed when Summerset launched while grouped up with another player who picked up the lorebook before I could read it, and therefore never got to interact with this lorebook myself. If it showed up in my quest item inventory during the quest, I did not consider looking and reading it there before turning in said quest, thus this particular book is unobtainable to date for my character.


It is a bug I've noticed with my one character, and incredibly frustrating knowing I cannot complete an up-to-date eidetic memory due to the circumstances of missing the book initially because I was grouped up and never read it myself.


I am sure others have run into this bug as well where they were grouped up with another player who interacted with a lorebook for a quest and they never had a chance to read it themselves.


I am hoping this bug can be resolved in some way like an in-game readable furnishing in the future, and maybe this can work for future bugged lorebooks.
