First things first and don't get me wrong - nothing wrong being organized or tanky. Just being organized gives a cutting edge against pug groups or randoms, but abusing the imbalance of class, sets and skills, is ruining the PvP. The very thing that should be thriving instead of being empty most of the time.
Solution would be simple: When battle spirit is on, the more armor and more health one has, the more weapon and spell damage one loses. That tones down the healing and damage output unkillable tanks currently have.
Also battle spirit should work like ring of the pale order: more people in the group, the less healing people can do or receive and not to be healed other than own group members.
Also HoT stacking should have caps to disable the ridiculous amount of health generation.
Gray Host EU/PC has nothing but ball groups running around and avoiding each other, it sucks the fun from others and just demoralizes people to play PvP.
Once again, don't get me wrong, i'm fine that there's organized good groups, they just needs toning down a bit.
