Came across this spot while using LoS while hoping to stack the adds that spawn in the third wave of this stage.
However if you stand in this spot for a few seconds, they reset and you lose a thread.

You spawn here, if has steps down one level where the first and second wave spawns, then then the set of steps you see in the video down a second level to the third wave.
