Wrathsun Set - Wrathful Nova disappearing

I've came across this a couple times now when running EA.
I'm using the wrathsun set and when I get to 40 stacks I hear the wrathful nova proc but nothing ever shows visually and similarly there's no damage from the nova either that shows on CMX.
Raised a bug report but wondering if anyone else came across this?
