For those that experiencing an issue with ping that just began recently, follow the instructions found at https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/#en/answer/30903 and post your tracert output here. I'm interested in seeing what similarities, if any, we have. Mine is as follows and as you see hop seven is where my trace times out. I have ran the same trace a dozen times and the failure is always between six and eight. I've done all the troubleshooting steps that @ZOS_Bill has suggested for a recent spike with in game ping and the tracert result was the same before and after troubleshooting.
