Game Crashing & Unable to Log Back In

If there's an existing thread that summarizes the same issue you've run into, we’d prefer you reply to that thread instead of creating a new one.
I have checked and do not currently see a thread on this.

Things that help us include your character name, the exact location you were in when you saw the issue, what you were doing just prior to running into the issue, and any possible repro steps.
The first crash happened when I was running around in a zone with no warning. I was also in Discord and heard 4-5 other people say they had been kicked at the same time, too. When I logged in and asked in zone, many other players confirmed their game had crashed.
The second crash occurred during a run of Arx Corinum (sp?). Again, multiple crashed at the same time. When I went to log in, I did not get the queue message; I instead got a message saying that there was no connection to the server (my internet did not drop and is stable). Some of the people I was running with were able to get in.
Screenshots and videos also help immensely.
It happened too quickly for screenshots.
