Pacrooti 's Dice of Treasures [A mechanic to be able to buy past crate items]

Have you ever found yourself wanting an item from a crate that you didn't even know you wanted, only to realize that it might take a while for the crate to be back in rotation in the crown store? I certainly have during my ESO years. So, I thought of an easy yet balanced way to get items from past crates.
My idea is to have Pacrooti offer a new option called "Dice of Treasures". You would choose which crate you want items from and what rarity you want the items to be. Then, Pacrooti would roll some dice, with the number of dice depending on the rarity you selected.
Apex is 1 dice
Legendary is 2 dice
Epic is 3
Superior is 4
Finally, you would be presented with a few options of items from the crate you picked, matching the rarity you selected. Of course, you would not get these items for free, and would have to pay Crown Gems or Endevors to buy them. Additionally, items that you already own would not show up on the dice, except for furnishings.
To make things even more interesting, there would be a limit of one free roll per week, but you could save your rolls for future weeks. Once you are out of free rolls, you would need to pay 500 crowns for an additional roll. Furthermore, your chances of getting the item you want would increase if you already have some items collected from the crate.
I believe that my idea would be a great way to implement a way to get past Crown Crate items, as long as you have the gems or endeavors and a little luck on your side. What do you think?

Mr_Madness✭✭✭Like you missed a crate and did not buy what you want cause you did not have enough endeavors during that time but now you have to wait like a year to get it.
This is to help people who have those situations.
Basic fix for those who want to buy something with gems or endeavors for an item from a past crate that do not want to wait a year or 2 just do get 1 or few items.0 -
RGvolterra✭✭✭I just wish things were pretty easier towards this as it’d be just great if we had a tab where we could access all the past crates and pick just the items we wanted since we would have enough crowns or gems to redeem those items.0
