Hey so as above my friends were default on NA server, I was EU for some reason. So I tried to switch to NA in the settings. It wanted to re download the cleint. So I thought stuff that for now I'll go back and play EU. Now it wants to re download EU! Even all the files are still on my PC... what gives guys? :(

Seems like they haven't fixed it since beta. The game installs both versions to the same directory, you need to rename it so the game understands which version to load. something like C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online EU and C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online NA

You can switch between EU and US by having the game in two separate subdirectories.

    x:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\
    for the US server

    x:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online EU\
    for the EU server

Just copy the files from one subdirectory to the other. Yes, that's 60gb of disk space.

After you do that, call up the Launcher and edit the Setting to Europe.
Then go into the Game Options (which is in a different location near the News label) and select Repair. It will download a few megabytes instead of gigabytes to replace files needed for EU. Then you should be good to go.

Ah! I think that's the bit I needed. It was weird. I managed to get it working, and the launcher was saying I had the NA version, but I was able to play wile USA was down so I guess I was still in EU.
