permanently banned in game for messages in zone chat

hello, i play ESO since 2019 and i always jump from zones and post my guild advertisement since we hire people for trading but also sell PVE content, such as Dragonstar arena, Skyreach, in exchange for gold, i was teleporting multiple times between different zones and posting the advertisement, since messages only show for the zone you currently are, after that i played a little bit and logged out, hours later i got a message saying my account was permanently banned from the game for "Exploits" or use of third party softwares, i don't use absolutely any software or illegal addon, i think i just spammed teleport and zone messages too many times, i just press "Up" and the last message shows up in the chat box and then i press enter, this ban is an error and i think i spammed too many times, maybe a chat ban would be more appropriate, i'm sorry to post here but i also got suspended from the website so i cannot submit a ticket, i play since 2019 and i also post the same messages for over many years in the zone chat without any problems, i can also show all my logs and files or do anything requires to help an investigation to confirm this was indeed a mistake, please i need help (sorry for my english)
