POSSESSED SHRED BUG! OMG!

There is a bug with the Witches Event Possessed Shred! I had 11 of them, when I pressed E to 'USE" the stack and convert it to the pet, it ATE one of the shreds, and nothing happened. Then I did it again, and it ate ANOTHER shred! So now I have 9 shreds, and no pet!
