High Ping after Update 40

My average ping 100 - 120, but exactly after Update 40 now its 500-600 :'( and a lot of my guildmates have high ping now

ZOS why do things always break?

    PC EU? I keep getting a higher ping at PC EU.

    Check your routing because there might be a connection that is broken

    I would check if it was just me who had the problem, but dozens of my guildmates have this problem too
