Travel to Blackwood after U40 causes crash

Whenever I'm in content, and then wish to travel to blackwood, my game crashes. It doesn't matter if I'm in a delve, public dungeon, undaunted dungeon, arena, or even in my own player house. It will always crash. It didn't do this before U40, and now does. I haven't changed anything about my system or setup. I have a work around; I travel to Deshawn, then from Deshawn to Clockwork, and then I can travel to Blackwood, but if I PTE from an undaunted dungeon, or travel from the middle of a field to Leyawiin, or even from my house to Leyawiin, my game crashes.

I have submitted a ticket, but wanted to share my workaround.
