Order of the New Moon quest -- unable to move forward, can't advance it

I've done this quest before on another character but this time it seems stuck hard. I've done the puzzles, destroyed the stone, and now I need to escape to meet with Caska while Laatvulon is firing at me from above. The problem is that I get stuck here (see screen shot) and I can see more mobs ahead (near me but I can't range attack them) but it is like there is a force field at this location; I absolutely can not move forward from this point and I've tried for ten minutes, rolling, jumping, everything.

Has anyone else seen this? Am I doing something wrong here? Is there some way to advance this without abandoning entirely and starting over?

i started the whole quest over and it did not fix it i got told to try it with out being grouped and with out having a companion and the same thing happened. hope they fix it soon because i wanna unlock the crafting station behind the door at the sanctum and u can only get a limited amount of dailies a day not enough to help progress it

At least now I know it's not just me or something I'm doing wrong here...
