So after running both Solo and Duo on my Sorc here is a small list of the current issues i faced.

• Oaken Soul ring: porting into EA removes the buff's from the ring even though it shows as being equiped have to remove and re-equip for it to register
• Sorc Pets: constantly dieing instantly with no apparent cause
• Random instant death: this was present in both Solo and Duo, either 1 or both players would get 1 shot for no reason
• Controller Support: After interacting with the vision selection or boss chest, was unable to move and constantly had to reloadUI (work around was to switch to K&M mode whilst selecting buff/looting chest
• Visions/Buffs: several ocasions buff's from the visions etc either did not apply or did not stack, even if you had two of the same buff tool tip did not show a stack
• Random Invisble boss's/Adds: several occasions of boss's and Adds vanishing and then causing a death from invisible damage

this is by no means an exhaustive list just the one i have come across so far
