Ps4 eu can’t log in

Stuck on “connecting” sometimes I get to character screen but can’t get past that, just disconnect’s me to start screen.

It says I need a valid internet connection but I have no internet issues, everything else works, can also play other online games, seems to be a ps4 eu server issue

Turns out it just won’t let me log on Any characters that are inside Cyrodil.. it’s also disconnecting me when I try join Cyrodil on another character
