Disconnects and micro roll backs

I had one micro rollback before Witches started but ever since it has I've had at least one micro roll back every day. Today I'm up to three micro roll backs and three separate disconnects - the last time in the middle of a survey losing the rest of the mats that were there.

I know other guild members are having exactly the same issues - it doesn't exactly bode well for the release of U40 tomorrow...

    PC-EU and given it's not just me, but many of my guild mates it's not a me issue but a game one.

    When someone takes time to come to the forums and report a problem that's suddenly affecting a lot of customers, it would be nice to hear something like "Thank you for telling us! We are going to check it out right now." or "Yes we know about this and we are already working on it. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.".

    Instead you either completely ignore it, or turn it around by letting the customer go through hours and hours of (potentially harmful) work at their own hardware and software. Or you close extensive reports (with video proof in it) before anyone can reply, because someone else already opened another discussion about it while they wrote their report.

    And you recommend creating a ticket with your support team. Have you ever written a ticket in this game? Do you know how long it can take to get an answer? On Playstation EU Gray Host (the main Cyrodiil campaign) was broken for 6 months last year. Everyone had to play on Blackreach instead. Gray Host was almost empty for 6 months! Plenty of people reported it in this forum (and in the german forum) but there has not been one sincle official acknowledgment of this happening to this day. It's like it never happened. When i tried to report it in a ticket (including links to all the forum reports) the customer support told me they can't pass it on to their tech team until i managed to change my NAT type to NAT type 1. Because they don't have performance issues on their Xbox when they play with NAT type 1... Then they closed the ticket. (This was before the server hardware refresh.)

    Please don't misunderstand, i am not trying to bash, flame or bully anyone.

    But it would be nice if there was a quick way to report a problem that's suddenly affecting a lot of players. And getting some feedback would be great too. There is a survey about how to improve the forum experience going on right now, and i think this small change would greatly improve the value of this forum.
