What about the ability to turn items into trait research pieces/objects?
Trait research pieces stack for Item-Trait, but of other item or trait it doesn't stack.
Of Levels if disregards, or counts as level 1.
It can be deconstructed for a chance at retrieving the trait material, but no wood is possible. If wood is possible it's of your crafting capability or your level, or level 1.
It shows as a white item under a new research materials tab, for filtering purposes.
You may or may not be able to trade or sell these pieces.
In research, you can use one of these objects in place of an item.
The purpose is to reduce the clutter of your inventory by stacking items of the same trait as research items, also letting you know you have duplicates as well.
Ornate and Intricate cannot be turned into research items. You can't research them, so why would you be able to turn them into research items?
