Instead of doing this TybaltKaine you could point to another folder and "symlink" (windows command is mklink) this to your c:/users/your username/documents/elder scrolls online/live/AddOns folder.

This way you do not have to update it each time, as it links to the folder. Changing one changes the other

Try stopping it syncing with one drive, I've seen people have lots of issues with the game when some of the game folders are syncing with it
