I think the amount of items to collect for Destozuno should be reduced from 5 (for the first quest) and 7 (for the second quest) with 2 and 3 items required to complete or increase the amount to collect per stage or more often there were stages where you can find these items for her. I don't know how in these patches, but in the previous one I did with 30 runs to collect 7 items for her quest.
