Insane lag as of 11 october

So was playing yesterday evening and all was working perfectly fine, about 70ms ping which is normal for me...
Log on today... average ping is 250 and spikes up and down reaching 2k+. I checked if it was on my end but after pinging Steam (24ms average) and double checking my ping in Guild Wars 2 which has an average of 27 I think it's fairly safe to conclude there's a bit of a problem with ESO's servers (yet again). Anyone else having these fun lag spikes?

Ports are already forwarded in modem since forever so can cross that off.
Ping test to YOUR servers returns a very high ms score, averaging around 220+ and spiking at around 700-800.
Hardware not up to spec, judge for yourself:

I9 13900K
Nvidia Geforce 4090 24GB
64GB DDR 5
4 TB M2
Wireless/Wired connection (If wired fails for some reason it defaults to Wireless but after testing to make sure, wired is a-ok).

And double checked the driver states, all of them are fully up to date, last update for Nvidia was done 3 days ago back when ESO was still running at normal latency.

Was also just in game on EU servers and there were more complaints about the latency as of today.

Lag started to clear up a bit for me but still got a lot of guildies complaining about random spikes with disconnects.

Never had a lag issue until Update 39 when they added a house in Clockwork City. Ever since i have had on and off lag issues especially after i visit Clockwork. i usually have to reload or ESO gets super choppy and sticky..

Never had a lag issue until Update 39 when they added a house in Clockwork City. Ever since i have had on and off lag issues especially after i visit Clockwork. i usually have to reload or ESO gets super choppy and sticky..

I still been getting stuttering issues off and on since the last big update. I just had one so bad I thought my PC actually froze up for a second. Had it in the background doing other things on a different browser.
