Having a Hard Time Logging In-Game due to Multiple Connection Error Both Steam and non-Steam

Greetings,
Ever since the week of September 11 where we had login issues which was resolve for most players, but in my case that is simply not true. I did comment on a similar post back on September 19 and got replied by admin @ZOS_Bill. I did not reply back to his inquiries because at that time I can still login through the regular launcher of the game, rather than the one dedicated for Steam, which at that time I thought was simply another Steam related login credentials issue (I originally had the game from a physical store, and then bound it to Steam when I bought another copy). But right now, that is simply not the case. Whenever I try logging in either via Steam or non-Steam client it would either pass through the login screen and into the character selection screen, but whenever I press play it would load for a few seconds, but then kick me back to the login screen with an error. I have tried everything from turning UPnP on, Port Forwarding, resetting my modem, switching my PC from wired to WiFI and vise versa, restart my modem, factory reset my modem, even contacted my ISP to no avail. The only thing I have not tried is launching the game through EPIC, which I doubt would yield a different result since there are post relating to EPIC as well in this sub-forum.

Also, I tried to Tracert my connection; it would time out whenever I reach mainland United States via Akamai or Level 3 Parent LLC's Dallas server. If I remember correctly, I have had this same issue back in September 2018 as well:

While this is what I occasionally for both Steam and non-Steam when I got through the login screen but then got kicked out just before it loads. At this point I would have no option but to close the game since there are simply no options after clicking [Ok]:



And geographically I live in Asia, in the Philippines to be exact.

PS: Because of this, I have missed out on the event, that free house thingy. Which now makes me feel fraustrated.

Have you tried a VPN to see if changing the routing would work?

Thank you so much, I was finally able to login and claim the rewards from the event, and also just in time for the daily login's new emote. This was a life saver.
