Jewelry crafting standardization-> Clockwork Jewelry Station

Now that jewelry is getting standardized with the rest of the craftables, it’s high time we get clockwork jewelry station (already designed in game - just not made sellable) added.

And throw in jewelry hireling while you’re at it
