Camera Rotation Speed Bug

I've done absolutely nothing to my system: no new hardware and I didn't touch the settings. No new addons or updates to addons prior to the bug.

I logged in today and the game was spinning like mad and gave me vertigo. For some reason the mouse has become hypersensative and if I move it slghtly then camera spins around at an insane speed. I set the camera rotation speed to zero and it was still too fast.

I went into the User Settings file and set the sensitivity to the values below. It has taken the edge off but the game still feels extremely awkward to play and is not much fun.
SET MouseSensitivityFirstPerson "0.05000000"
SET MouseSensitivityThirdPerson "0.05000000"

Please note that my mouse works perfectly fine in other games. I also disable Windows Game Mode as well.

@moderatelyfatman Hello!, we do have some steps if you are noticing a spike in your sensitivity located here. If this does not resolve the issue, please make a ticket with Support.

Lawl, the only suggestion provided in the link is turning V-sync on. I still get this bug myself sporadically even with ALWAYS having V-sync on.

All of a sudden it's like the camera just.. disconnects(?), like it's a very noticeable change, and starts moving WAY too fast. Its been happening for years.

It's real fun when it happens in the middle of a 15-20+ minute Trial boss fight, or a No-Death Dungeon/Trial run, where you have to keep your camera on a swivel.

Thanks for the advice.
My V-sync has been on the whole time. I've tested it with both on and off and it hasn't made any difference at all.
Disabling addons doesn't change anything.
Swapping my razor mouse for basic one doesn't help either. My mouse works just fine outside of ESO, so I don't think it is the problem.
I've already opened up a ticket in-game but I will do do again through your link.

So what did you do to get rid of the problem if it's not in the V-sync? It's been 2 days so far and it still no improvement.

@moderatelyfatman You will need to make a ticket with Support if the v-sync did not help you with the problem.

Thanks for the response. I received an email from Tech Support and updated my mouse drivers but that did not work. I also changed to a simple mouse but it had no effect.

I've done a full reinstall and the game is playable again.
