Forever loading

Im running a Legion 5 RTX3070ti, i7 11th gen i think or 12th gen processor. 16GB Ram.

Now my issue is, when i open eso, i get a black screen for about 1:30. Until it shows up that I can sign in. Then when i do enter my password, it takes another 1 minute before it shows my characters.

How can i solve this, has the pc i have, doesnt do any of that and opens straight away, i go to log in and logs in straight away and the PC is nowere near as good as the laptop

Thanks for your reply. What your linkin me to isnt the issue. Its when i first click play i get a black screen for a minute and half then it shows the log in page which i type in my log in details and then its another minute and half before it logs me in.
