this reworks necros siphon ability and morphs to be better for necro dps..
Shocking siphon and morphs no longer tether or provide the slotted damage bonus, but instead siphons remaining power from a nearby corpse to increase damage with necromancer abilities by 10% for 20 seconds..
Detonating siphon: corpse that this skill is used on explodes doing direct aoe damage in addition to granting reworked shocking siphon buff.
mystic siphon: increases recoveries for the duration of the regular buff..
this makes necro skills hit harder... so its a buff..
