Balorgh arms pack, when?

Been 3 years since it was released for the first and only time.

Vykosa was released in a similar time-frame as Balorgh and we already saw that arms pack this year. Balorgh is the only super-gothic arms pack and it would REALLY fit under the theme of October/Halloween. It would also REALLY fit in with the nightblade glow as the glow on 2H swords starts where the Balorgh one ends.
