Adorns Valano’s terrace Skyshard HELP

So I missed this one, and its the only one I missed in the zone. Problem is, I completed the quest (Teldur’s End) that allows you in to the house and once you complete it, you cannot re-enter the house. This skyshard is just sitting on that balcony, is there no way for me to get it? This was an achievement that I wanted. Any Ideas?

I never tired this, but you might be able to get in through the underground method, which was the optional entry if you didn't want to fight for the key in the first place. You enter through a cave along the river near the mansion.

You can reenter the house after doing the quest. I was able to, at least.

Unfortunately, I cannot open the door. Elenwen, the quest giver, is no longer there as well. I will look in to the cave entrance though, hopefully that works.

Huh. I just strolled in through the front door like it was nothing. I should note that I both grabbed a key from a guard and made my way through the secret passage the first time through, don't know if that laid things out a certain way for my savegame or not.

As the servers just came back up, I ran out and tried this, I found the ladder down by the beach and got right up in to the house and got my achievement. Thanks for the help!
