Disappointed in Shadow Queen Labrinth location

So many of us have been dying for this medium sized alinor styled house.

Who's idea was it to put it in evergloam???


Part of why we wanted it in summerset is the aesthetic OF SUMMERSET. The blossoms the plants the sky all of it is so beautiful in summerset.

In evergloam all the plants are dead and its so dark.

Non of us wanted this to be the region.

Give us this style house on like our own little silatar styled island of nestled into the countryside. Look how much space is wilderness outside sun hold. Woulda fit perfect there.

Why did you make this choice. It's going to make less money then it would have if they have placed it in summerset.



Tldr This new house shouldn't have been put in evergloam. Bad decision bad design.

(I'll probably still buy it cause I'm a whale, but I won't be happy about it)

Some people wanted an Alinor house and some people wanted a house in a Daedric realm. I guess they figured they could mark off both boxes with only one house this way, I guess.

It’s way too dark and gloomy for me, I can’t even see.

So instead of milking us for two houses we get one house that no one wants.

I'd love to see the house data on who all buys it vs the other houses.

All I know is with gladesong coming that's 4 houses in the systres and I wanna live on summerset way more.

They should just give us a medium alinor cottage on a track of summerset land.

You speak for yourself, Summerset disgusts me, like Artaeum - saccharine and nauseating, like a pound of cotton candy.

Some of us would prefer to live in a Gustave Doré than a Thomas Kinkade - but a diversity of tastes makes our world sweet and complex, like a fine mango or melon.

i Love the alinor architecture style and wanted an Evergloam house so i think it's awesome.

"none of us" is definitely incorrect. i've seen plenty of others who like it too.

i also still want another house on summerset.

buut obviously it was Nocturnal's idea to put it in Evergloam.
she's kinda the antagonist of the clockwork city and summerset zone stories so that's why the entrance is in clockwork and why it's a summerset house, she probably stole it.

I like that it's in Evergloam personally. It's totally fine that you don't like the house's location or the look, but that seems more like personal preference. I'm not sure how it's bad design?

- At first I was like "Meh, Evergloam Could not care less. "
- Then I was "WTF IT'S ACTUALLY THE SUMMERSET ARCHITECTURE AT LAST "
- In the end I was "What a terrible idea..."

I may pass until they add a skybox changing tool (such as a Kyne Weather Vane I'm waiting for years).

So which zone will we access the house from? Can we preview it yet, even though it isn't available to buy yet?

The medium-sized Summerset cottage (like the ones dotted alongside the zone) has been one of the most highly requested houses, so I also find it weird that instead of adding it to the zone itself, they've placed it in a pocket oblivion plane. Also, even though I love houses in oblivion planes, I prefer them to be template houses, like how the one in Coldharbour was, because I feel like it's a lot more fun to have variety in what you can build in such planes, so for me it would have been ideal if they offered the house proper in the Summerset zone, and the Evergloam plane as a template property accessed from either Summerset or the CWC (the two zones whose story is linked with Evergloam). Maybe it's too late for any changes to this house, but perhaps for future releases the devs could consider giving us more options @ZOS_Kevin?

it's in clockwork city in bras fortress just left outside the gate that leads to the crafting set

yea we've been able to preview it since update 39

I'm prepping to get it despite not liking it. In my headcanon nocturnal stole an islet from summerset and I have to take it back from her

I think the solution would be to give us more Summerset building blocks, including towers, windows and roofs
