Can you wear Chimer Half-Mask from crate with a hat/hood

Saving gems and endevors for it but I am hoping to be able to wear my buckle top hat with it.
If anyone has it can you test to see if it works with hats?

awesome thx, I knew you could but was unsure since ZOS might have just labeled it Adornment then make it unable to be worn with other stuff.
