Just want to play, but can't seem to get in no matter what I do!
I am so beyond irritated right now. I just want to play some ESO with my family, but no matter what I do, I cannot get into the dang game!
First the main account I keep getting this "Access Code" email prompt, and no e-mail is ever sent. I have followed the directions on every troubleshooter I could find. I summited two support tickets, that keep telling me to do what I've already done and if that doesn't work to use the link provided, which sends me to the exact same support I already opened!
So I figured screw it, I was given a free copy of ESO on EpicGames. So I installed that one, made a new account, and I can't log in with it because I am unable to link my EpicGames account. I get an error "Error: There was a problem linking your account. Please try again later or contact support." I contacted support, another fruitless endevor.
So then I figured screw it, I'll just select the New account option in the game it's self, I go through the process, and no matter what email I try to use, even a brand new one I just made for that, I am told "email already in use." What the heck?
I just want to play this stupid game with my family, why are there all these stupid hoops?!?!
