Remove the penalty phase from Conceeding in TOT

If I know the other person has won, then I should be allowed to end the game early without having a penalty myself.
Maybe add a 5 minute timer before this allows you to leave without penalty.
Currently I just leave then switch toons, so it doesn’t really do much by having the penalty other than mildly inconvenience myself
