PC EU Cyro faction balance or least populated one

Hi,
I'm a returning player, that mostly focuses on Cyro and I was wondering what is population balance currently (at least approximately)?
I'd rather join the least populated or weakest but, since there is now faction lock, there is no way to check it outside actually locking yourself in.
