Mobs Stop Moving When Blastbones Die

The issue of mobs getting stuck in place or losing their pathfinding logic has been present in the game for almost half a year now. This has quite a severe impact on the experience of trials and dungeons, especially when pushing for time.

Today, I was doing some testing on my necromancer and observed that blastbones dying actually triggers adds to stop moving sometimes. Doing another blastbones sometimes gets the adds unstuck.

Previously, the correlation between adds getting stuck seemed to be related to how far the adds were in relation where combat first occurred; the very furthest adds would lose their pathfinding logic and just get stuck in place, though they would still be able to get off attacks when you got close enough to them. Could we get some dev traction on this issue? It's a frequently recurring issue that severely impacts the PVE experience.
