We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the North American and European megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available.
Magelight and Hunter Suggestion
Instead of boosting Critical Chance for the user, it should reduce critical chance for enemies it touches.
IE:
• "While slotted, gain Major Savagery and Prophecy, increasing your Weapon and Spell Critical rating by 2629."
becomes
• "Exposed enemies have their weapon and Spell Critical rating reduced by 1650. This effect cannot be purged."
Critical builds are still broken in PvP because healing and damage are tied together by the same stats. Unless you plan on splitting those up, this is my suggestion. Critical builds should be a PvE thing so it makes rebalancing sets and classes less punishing for both sides of gameplay when it's one side that is abusing a feature.
