I was trying to figure this out, and this is what I found.
"Values are based on Max Magicka/Stamina 12000, Max Health 16000, and Weapon/Spell Damage
1000."
How can it be based off everything? Dmg, health and magicka/stamina?
And whats with those numbers? "12'000, 16'000 and 1000?
How do you interpret this?
